1. Order Issues and Defective Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will work with Printful to provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns for defective or misprinted products. However, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or color preference. Since all items are printed on demand, we cannot restock them.
To request a return:
- Contact us at hello@duckboard.shop within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide a clear description of the issue and include relevant photos.
- If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Returns must be sent to Printful’s fulfillment center (address will be provided upon approval). We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued in the following cases:
- Defective or damaged items (full refund or replacement).
- Lost shipments (if tracking confirms the package was not delivered).
- Order cancellations before fulfillment (if applicable).
Refunds are not issued for:
- Incorrect size selection by the customer.
- Delayed shipping due to carrier issues.
- Items returned without prior approval.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

We do not offer exchanges, as all items are custom-made. Please check our size guides before ordering to ensure the best fit.
